Quality Management

TH Michaels (Construction) Ltd operates as Principle Contractors within the construction Industry

The TH Michaels (Construction) Ltd Board of Directors is committed to:

  • The continuing development and implementation of our quality management system which emulates the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, and is summarised in our Quality Policy.
  • Achieving compliance with the requirements of the quality management system by continually reviewing and improving its effectiveness so that all client and relevant stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Ensuring there is availability of resources for all activities affecting quality. This includes full backing for the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Training Team whose function it is to develop, monitor and provide assistance in the implementation of the Quality Policy and communicate the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring that quality objectives are established at all levels of the organisation, with the aim of continually improving the product and services we provide and so enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that senior management review the performance of the quality management system so that progress with existing quality objectives can be assessed and new ones established as necessary.
  • TH Michaels (Construction) Ltd is currently working towards the Investors in people award them will progress onto the ISO9001

Each Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Company’s Quality Policy and for reviewing performance within their teams. In turn, Directors are responsible for their managers’ compliance and performance respectfully.

The Quality Policy and Quality, Environmental, Safety and Training objectives are explained to all staff on induction.

The status of all elements of quality management system documentation including the Quality Policy which is available on request.

Our Quality Policy is reviewed annually and this Statement may be updated.
